Before you reach out.
The operational questions we hear most often before a first conversation.
Do I need to prepare anything before my first call?
No. The first call is exploratory. Bring any policy documents you have if it's convenient, but it's not required. Your specialist will ask a few basic questions and determine next steps. There's no paperwork, no medical records, no sensitive information required to start.
Is my conversation confidential?
Yes. All initial consultations are confidential. We do not share your information with any third party without your written consent. If you decide to move forward, we'll explain exactly what information flows where and request your explicit authorization at each step.
Is there any cost to speak with a specialist?
No. Initial consultations are free and carry no obligation. You can ask any questions, receive a preliminary opinion on your situation, and walk away — all at zero cost. We only earn compensation if a transaction closes successfully.
Can my spouse, children, or advisor join the call?
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Many of our policyholder clients include family members or trusted financial advisors in every conversation. Your specialist can schedule a call time that works for everyone involved and accommodate group conference calls or video meetings.
Do you serve clients outside the United States?
Our services are designed for policies issued by U.S. insurance carriers and held by U.S. residents. Life settlements are a state-regulated transaction in the United States. If you hold a policy issued by a non-U.S. carrier, we may not be able to assist — but you're welcome to reach out for a quick confirmation.
Not sure which path?

High Yield Vault is a life settlement consulting and brokerage firm. We do not purchase life insurance policies for our own account. Our role is to evaluate policies, educate both sellers and investors, and broker matches between policyholders who want to sell and qualified investors who want to acquire policies as part of their investment portfolio.
Life settlement transactions are regulated at the U.S. state level. Every transaction brokered through our platform follows the specific requirements of the state in which the policyholder resides. For questions about our services, role, or compliance framework, contact us directly.
